If holidays could be ranked, Easter would be in the top three, only because I’ve never actually experienced it before. The only Easter activities I did were the ones we did in elementary school.

Growing up, we were very poor and with only my mom raising me, that meant many extra activities just couldn’t make it on the list.

Not because she didn’t want to but we just couldn’t afford it.

As I got older and started noticing all the fun crafts and activities that surround Easter, I’m so eager to experience it with my daughter for the first time, together.

I’m looking forward to Easter egg hunts, filling her Easter basket with gifts and decorations, and taking her to our local farms for a full day of fun. And of course, who could forget about the arts and crafts!

Although my daughter is only 5 months, I’m already making lists of all the places we can go and things we can do to celebrate all the Easter holiday.
